1 pkg 16 ounce country link sausage ( I use Conecuh)
1 green pepper
1 onion
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can Bush navy beans
1 can bush northern beans
Directions:
Directions:
Cut sausage into bite size pieces and brown in soup pot in a little bit of butter add onion and bell pepper and stir until vegetables are tender .Add tomatoes and beans. Simmer on low.
I often double the sausage and beans to fill the crock pot.
