1 cup extra long grain rice
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
1 11oz can green giant niblets corn
2 cans water (use corn can)
cooking oil
3 chicken boullion cubes
2 whole jalapenos (optional)
6 oz tomato sauce
cilantro (optional)

1.In large skillet cover bottom of pan with cooking oil
2.Add 1 cup extra long grain rice
3. Stir occasionally until rice is brown
4. Lower heat
5. Add 1 can niblets corn
6. Add 2 cans water
7. Add boullion cubes
8. Add green onions
9. Add tomato sauce
10. Add cilantro and jalapeno if desired
11. Stir occasionally
12. When water begins to boil, lower heat to simmer and cover
13. When water is evaporated, turn off heat
14. stir & serve
