Preheat oven to 350°
Pizza pan (or something like one) needed.

CREAM IN LARGE BOWL:
1/2 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. sugar

ADD & MIX:
1 egg

ADD & BLEND WELL:
1 and 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt

PRESS INTO A PIZZA PAN. BAKE FOR 8 TO 10 MIN. OR UNTIL LIGHT BROWN. COOL.

MIX IN ANOTHER LARGE BOWL:
1 8-oz. package cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract

SPREAD THE CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE ONTO COOLED CRUST.

ARRANGE FRUIT(s) OF YOUR CHOICE ON TOP OF FILLING AND CHILL BEFORE SERVING.
