1 c sugar
1 egg
2 c chopped apples
1 t baking soda
1/2 c vegetable oil
1/2 c flaked coconut
1 1/2 c flour
1/2 t salt
1/2 c nuts chopped
1 t vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Put sugar over finely chopped (unpeeled) apples and let stand for 10 minutes. To this add the flour, soda & salt after sifting. Stir in vegetable oil, nuts, coconut and vanilla.
Bake in a 9x13 greased and floured pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
