1 package penne noodles
2 medium tomatoes peeled, seeded, chopped
** see “tomato trick
4 cloves garlic finely chopped
3-4 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1/4 moon chunk parmesan cheese – grated
1 cup half and half
6-8 oz. pepperoni sausage, cut into wedges
1/2 1b. chicken breasts, cut into chunks

Directions:
Directions:
Start boiling wter in a large pot and salted water.
Do all prep work now (dice, chop, grate, etc.)
**tomato trick- make a small “x” in skin of tomato and place
in boiling water. Once tomato skin has split, place in a bowl
with ice water. Skin will peel away easily.
Boil pasta 9-10 minutes.
Sautee pepperoni until golden.
Add cut up chicken and cook fully.
Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
Turn heat to low and add half and half, salt, and pepper.
Simmer for 1 minute.
Drain pasta and mix together with sauce.
Toss with parmesan and parsley.

This recipe is a little gets complicated the first time you make
