Sweet Potato Souffle Recipe

3 large cans yams
1/2 C. sugar
1/2 C butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 stick butter very soft
1 C brown sugar
3 T. flour
1 C walnuts

Mis together yams, sugar, butter, vanilla, salt, eggs and cinnamon with hand mixer until smooth. Place in a baking dish.
Mix butter, brown sugar, and flour. Spread over top of dish and cover with walnuts. Bake at 350 fro 45 minutes. The topping usually bubbles over.
