1 large can chilies drained (hatch)
Pepper jack cheese wedges
1 stick butter
5 eggs
1 C. Bisquick
2 cups milk
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Stuff chili peppers with cheese. Melt 1 stick of butter in 9x13 pan. Lay stuffed peppers in pan. Beat eggs, Bisquickº, milk, salt and pepper. Mixture will be thin. Pour over chilies and bake at 350º for 40 minutes.
