2 TBL ricewine vinegar
2 TBL olive oil
2 TBL soy sauce
1TBL chili paste with garlic
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp peeled and minced fresh garlic
1 lb shrimp, peeled
1 green or red pepper cut in 1 inch squares
green onions cut in 2 inch lengths

Directions:

Combine first 6 ingredients in zip lock bag. Add shrimp and chill at least an hour.

Thread shrimp on skewers alternately with pepper and onion, reserve marinade.

Boil marinade in small saucepan.

Grill about 10 minutes, basting and turning occasionally.

This is great served with couscous and a salad.
I have to admit I have grilled this on the George Foreman(without skewers) when in a hurry>
