Ingredients:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 pk (16 oz) velveeta
1 can (15 oz) black beans, well drained
1 c medium or hot salsa
1 can (4 oz) jalapeno peppers drained (optional)
1 round loaf bread
Pretzel rods and other dippers

Directions:
Directions:
1, Melt cheeses in microwave 1 minute, stir, then 1 min more and stir. Remove, stir in drained beans, salsa, and jalapenos (more or less to taste). Carefully cut center out of round bread, leaving 1 1/2-inch shell. You can use the bread pieces for dipping.
2. Arrange several pretzel rods on serving plate to resemble campfire logs. Place bread cauldron on pretzels; fill bread with cheese dip, allowing some to spill over top of bread cauldron. Place one reserved pretzel rod in cauldron for effect. The others for dipping.

Personal Notes:
This is a favorite at Halloween but delicious anytime. It can be served without the bread cauldron in a simple bowl.
