2 lbs ground chuck or ground round (do not season)
1 large onion, chopped
1 pack taco seasoning
1 pack ranch dressing mix
1 Large can chopped tomatoes
1 (15 oz.) can ranch style beans with jalapeños
1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 (15 oz.) can black beans
1 bag shredded Mexican 4 cheese blend
1 container sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground meat. Add chopped onion let cook until onion sautéed (do not season). Add pack of taco seasoning, pack of ranch dressing (dry), tomatoes, beans and corn. Stir ingredients together, then add 2 to 3 cups of water. Bring to a boil then let simmer over low heat for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. May add water gradually as needed for desired consistency. Can be served with shredded cheese and sour cream on top if desired.
