3 cups of Chick peas
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup of Tahini
3/4 cup of lemon juice
1 tsp salt
olive oil
parsley

Soak peas overnght and boil until soft or use canned chickpeas
Put all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth/
Garnish with olive oil and snips of parsley

You can also add olive oil to the food processor to taste. About 1/2 cup depending on how long you plan to spend at the gym afterwards!
