18 eggs
6 slices of American Cheese
1 small onion, chopped
1 8 oz package of Kielbasa
1 cup milk
Directions:
Directions:
Place eggs in large mixing bowl with one cup milk. Add onion. Mix well. Add Kielbasa (chopped or in small slices). Continue mixing. Spray casserole dish. Pour mixture into baking dish, then put 2 slices of cheese at a time, pushing them down into mixture, cover and bake at 350F for 30 - 45 minutes.
