3 sticks of butter
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp salt
2 c brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c chopped nuts


Icing:

2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tbsp. milk
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together the sugar and butter. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix flour,soda and salt. Gradually add to butter mixture. Add nuts. Drop buy spoon on an un greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 8 to 10 min.

Mix together icing ingredients and spread on cookies while slightly warm.
