Preheat oven to 400.
1.Mix Flour and Salt together,
2.In a separate bowl mix eggs and milk together
3.Mix both mixtures together well, using a fork only. (Let mix sit while warming up muffin tins).
4.Warm up muffin tins in the oven with a 1/2 tsp of oil in each cup.
5.Pour mixture into each cup only filling about 1/2 way.
6.Place in oven on top rack and cook 20 minutes or until they are golden and puffy.

Instead of using vegetable oil you may use the beef drippings in the bottom of muffin tins.
