16 oz. Cream cheese
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 T. vanilla
1 box vanilla wafers
1 can cherry pie filling
Directions:
Directions:
Soften cream cheese. Blend until soft. Add eggs, sugar and vanilla, beating with mixer until smooth.
Place mixture on one vanilla wafer in cupcake paper holder. Spoon over each wafer with mixture until 3/4 filled.
Bake in pre-heated oven at 350º for 15 minutes. Spoon three cherries onto each cake. Refrigerate. Serves 18.
