Bottom layer:
1 (15 oz.) can refried beans
1 pkg. Lawry's Taco Seasoning(do not add water)
Add taco seasoning to beans and mix well.
2nd layer:
medium sized avocados
(mix with salt, garlic salt, lemon juice, to taste.)
hot sauce (optional)
3rd layer: 4 oz. sour cream, spread over 2nd layer.
4th layer:
toss together and put over top of 3rd layer.
1 small can chopped olives
1 large can diced green Ortega chiles
1 small can Jalapeno peppers; if desired
5th layer:
chop-up one basket of cherry tomatoes or 2-3 regular size tomatoes & sprinkle over top of 4th layer.
Last layer:
spread grated cheese over top of 5th layer.
