2 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Cocoa
4 Eggs, beaten
2 sticks real Butter, melted
1 c. plain Flour
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1/8 tsp. Salt
2 c. Pecans, chopped, optional
Icing:
1 lb. Powdered Sugar
2 sticks real Butter, softened
1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1/2 c. Cocoa

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients, add the rest and stir in Pecans. Bake at 325º for 25 minutes in a greased 9" X 13" pan. (May have to bake a little longer until firm like brownies). Icing: Put Cocoa in a bowl, add just enough Hot Water to make a paste consistency, add rest of the ingredients. Mix until smooth and spread over cake while hot.
