Mix 2 lb. hamburger
1/2 c.of chopped onions
1 c. minute rice
1 1/2 tsp. of salt
1/2 tsp. of pepper
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
2 cans of tomato soup
2 can of water
3 potatoes, each cut in 4-6 pieces
3/4 c. of catsup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix hamburger, onions, rice, salt, pepper, egg, and milk. Shape into a loaf and put in a greased
cake pan. ( or a pan sprayed with Pam) Put potatoes around the loaf and pour the tomato soup mixed with the water over the top of the potatoes and meatloaf. Spread the catsup on top of the meatloaf. Cover with tin foil and bake at
350º for approximate 2 hr. Add more water if necessary.
