3-4 Large fresh tomatoes (or vine ripened only)
Finely chopped garlic cloves
Chopped fresh basil
Chopped fresh parsley
Salt & pepper
Olive Oil

Directions:
Quarter fresh tomatoes, add 2 to 3 finely chopped garlic cloves, chopped basil and parsley, season liberally with olive oil and salt and pepper. Serve at room temperature.

Grandma Lee taught me how to make this salad when I was a kid and I still make it today whenever I can get my hands on good quality tomatoes.
