4 cups diced rhubarb
1 package yellow cake mix
1 cup whipping cream, not whipped
brown sugar

Directions:
Butter 9 x 13 pan. Cover bottom with a thin layer of brown sugar. Add rhubarb. Mix cake mix according to box directions. Pour over rhubarb. Over this pour whipping cream. Do not stir. Bake at 350º until done, about 1 hour.
