3/4 c. cooking oil
2/3 c. honey
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. hot water
2 eggs
6 c. whole wheat flour
2 pkg. yeast--dissolved in 1 c. water with 1 tsp. sugar

Add oil, honey, salt, eggs, water, yeast and 2 c. whole wheat flour. Beat 5 minutes at medium speed. Add rest of flour. Beat 5 minutes at slow speed. Let rise till double in bulk. Roll out and cover lightly with butter, sugar, cinnamon, brown sugar and sprinkle with nuts or raisins. Roll up and cut into one inch thick rolls. Place into buttered baking pan and bake at 375 degrees till golden brown.

Sticky Bun Version:
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
4 T. water
Pecan halves
Cook slightly in a saucepan and stir until sugar is melted. Pour into bottom of baking pan. Scatter pecan halves over syrup. Place cut rolls in syrup. Let rise a short time and bake in oven at 375 till golden brown, 15-18 minutes.
