1 gallon sliced dill pickles
4 lbs sugar
5 cloves garlic, minced
3-6 tbsp hot pepper sauce, such as Tabasco

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pickles well in a colander. Place them in a stainless steel or glass container and cover them with sugar, minced garlic, and Tobasco sauce. Mix well, to dissolve sugar, then stir them again about every two hours all day long. At the end of the day spoon them into jars and refrigerate.

These become sweet and slightly hot little pickles. They are great on sandwiches, hamburgers, hot dogs or just out of the jar.
