1 20 ounce can unsweetened pineapple tidbits or chucks
1 1/2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
5 T flour
1 cup sugar
1 stick margarine
Crushed Ritz crackers, enough to cover bottom of pan

Directions:
Directions:
Place pineapple and juice in dish. Mix flour and sugar, and pour over pineapple. Sprinkle cheese over top. Spread crushed crackers on top. Drizzle melted margarine on top. Bake at 350º for 40-45 minutes.
