5 lbs. potatoes, peeled and cooked
1/2 c. margarine
8 oz. package cream cheese
1 c. half and half
2 tsp. seasoning salt
1 tsp onion salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place the hot cooked potatoes in a large bowl with the margarine and cream cheese. Beat with a mixer until smooth, gradually adding the half and half as you beat. Add seasoning salt. onion salt, pepper and salt and combine. Place into a casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Can add more butter and seasoning if desired. Can be frozen or refrigerated and heated at a later date.
