2 eggs whites
1 small package of chocolate chips
1 cup of pecans finely chopped (optional)
Wax paper
cookie sheet
1/2 sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º
Beat stiffly egg whites
Gradually add sugar
add pecans and chocolate chips
Place by teaspoon on cookie sheet lined with wax paper
turn off oven and let cookies stay in the warm oven for 2-3hrs
