Ingredients: 1 stick of Margarine (melted 1 cup of flour 3/4 cups of finely copped pecans for crust ( have some extra to sprinkle on top) 1 8 oz pkgs. of cream cheese 1 cup of sifted powered sugar 2 small carton of cool whip 2 small pkgs of instant pudding mix (I like chocolate but you can use any flavor) 4 cups of milk 8X11 or bigger glass baking dish

Directions:Layer 1: Homemade crust Mix margarine 1 cup of flour and the 3/4 cups of pecans together. Pat the mixture into the bottom of baking dish . Bake at 350º for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Set aside to completely cool.
Layer 2: Mix together (1) 8 oz pkgs. of cream cheese, 1 cup of sifted powered sugar, 1 small carton of cool whip. Pour and spread over cool crust. Should be a thin layer
Layer 3: Mix together 2 small pkgs. of instant pudding mix with 4 cups of milk. Mix with a mixer on low speed until thick. Pour and spread over the cream cheese mixture.
Layer 4: Cover with cool whip and sprinkle with pecans ( as many as you would like) Put in fridge to chill at least 30 mins. to an hour before serving. |
