Ingredients:  
1 can mexicorn
1 seasoned green beans
1 or 2 green onions, to your taste
1 can cream of celery
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. cheddar cheese
1 sleeve of ritz
3/4 c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream of celery & sour cream, then add cheese, mix well. Add drained corn to mixture, fold green beans into mixture. Pour into 13X9 baking dish. Slice butter to go all over of the top of the mixture evenly, then crush crackers all over top of mixture. Bake @ 350º for 30-45 mins. until bubbly.
