2 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate
1 (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoon butter
1 1/2 cup pecans
1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg miniature marshmallows

Directions:
In heavy saucepan over low heat melt chocolate with sweetened condensed milk. Remove from heat pour chocolate on remaining ingredients and stir. Mix well. Spread into wax paper.
