1 pkg of lime jello
1 8oz pkg of cream cheese
1 can of sliced pineapple (separate pineapple and juice)
Chopped Pecans (opt)
Directions:
Directions:
Cook the jello on the stove following the directions on the package, but instead of water, use the pineapple juice. Once the jello is cooked, add the cream cheese. Leave the stove on and stir continuously until the cream cheese is fully dissolved. Pour the mixture into a pie dish and mix in the pineapples and pecans. Put in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours.
