1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
Red pepper, salt, & pepper
Juice of 1 lemon
2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans of shrimp

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sour cream and cream cheese until smooth. Fold in celery & onion. Add salt & pepper, & lemon juice. Mash shrimp with a fork and add to mixture. This can be made 2 days ahead.
