3 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 T. butter
3/4 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Add sugar slowly to eggs, beat well. Combine flour and baking powered sifted together. Add flour mixture to eggs and sugar. Beat well.

Pour milk into saucepan on stove and add butter, stirring until butter is melted. Let milk mixture reach boiling point but do not boil. Add hot milk and vanilla to rest of ingredients, mix well. Pour into a 9x13 cake pan. Bake 25-35 minutes at 375º

Let cool completely and frost as desired.
