4 oz Cream Cheese softened
¼ Cup Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Chopped Chives
½ tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/8 Cup Parmesan Cheese
6 slices of White Bread – cut circles out, 4 per slice, a small juice glass will work.
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together except the Cayenne Pepper. Place a generous spoonful of the mix on top of bread circles and sprinkle with Cayenne Pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min. These can also be frozen before baking.
Makes 24 – recipe can be doubled
