2 boxes frozen broccoli florets -- steamed
1 can cream of mushroom soup, condensed
1 c. mayonnaise
1 small onion -- diced
1 1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 egg
1/2 c. bread crumbs -- unseasoned
1 tsp. black pepper
salt -- to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Steam broccoli in perforated pan for 4 minutes. Place in large bowl--let stand. Combine remaining ingredients except, bread crumbs and 1/4 cup cheese. Mix. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Take a 9 x 13 pan and spray with vegetable spray. Fill pan 3/4 full. Top with bread crumbs and remaining 1/4 cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until top is nicely browned.
