2 10 oz. pkgs. frozen broccoli
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans sliced water chestnuts, drained
2 T butter
Grated cheese
Bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw broccoli only until you can break it up. Mix it with soup. Stir in water chestnuts. Put into greased casserole dish. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 350º for 45 - 60 minutes. (Broccoli should be cooked through, but still bright green.)

You can take this basic recipe and add 1 cup of cooked rice, a couple cups of cooked chopped chicken and add a bit more cheese and you have a main dish.
