1 T corn starch
2 cups milk
1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce
1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese
2 T catsup
1 T oil
1/2 pound ground turkey
1 lg. clove garlic, minced or pressed
10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
2.3 cup ricotta cheese
6 oz. (about 16) large pasta shells

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cook pasta shells per directions and drain. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, stir cornstarch, milk, and hot pepper sauce until smooth. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and add parmesan and catsup. Set aside 1/4 cup of the sauce. Brown turkey and garlic in oil. Stir in spinach, ricotta and the 1/4 cup of the sauce that you set aside. Put 2T of mixture into each shell. Place in 11 X 7 baking dish. Top with remaining sauce. Bake 20 - 25 minutes.
