1 c corn flakes cereal, any kind of cereal flakes
1 c plain bread crumbs
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp allspice
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1/3 c flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 pounds chicken tenders or chicken cut into 2 inch pieces.
1/4 c honey mustard
1/4 c barbecue sauce

Preheat oven to 375º. Make the breading: Pour corn flakes into a shallow dish. Crush cereal up with your hands, mix in bread crumbs, brown sugar, salt, pepper and allspice. Drizzle vegetable oil evenly over the breading. Toss and turn breading to mix the oil all through the mixture. Pour flour into another dish and beaten eggs in a third dish. Turn chicken in flour then eggs, and then breading. Arrange chicken on nonstick baking sheet. Place chicken in oven and cook until crisp and brown all over, about 15 minutes. Mix honey mustard and BBQ sauce and then you can dip your chicken in.
