2 c instant non-fat dry milk
3/4 c cornstarch
1/4 c instant chicken bouillon
1-2 tbsp dried onion flakes
1-2 tsp Italian Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a plastic bag, mixing well. This is equal to 9 cans of cream soup. To Substitute for 1 can cream soup: Combine 1/2 c basic sauce mix with 1 1/4 c cold water. Cook and stir on stove top or in microwave until thickened. Add thickened mixture to casseroles as you would a can of soup. Note - Only costs about 7 cents per serving (equal to 1 can cream soup) and it does not have all the fat. You would not want to just eat it but in casseroles you cannot tell the difference.
