1 tsp margarine or butter
1 large sweet Vidalia onion, finely chopped
1/3 cup Kraft Mayonnaise (or Light mayo)
1/2 cup Kraft 2% shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup Kraft 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Tbsp. Chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt margarine in large skillet on medium heat. Add onions, cook 5 to 7 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Cool slightly. Mix mayo, cheeses, parsley and pepper sauce in medium bowl. Stir in onions. Spoon into baking dish. Bake 25 minutes or until heated through. Makes 8 servings
