2- 28oz cans of crushed tomatoes (w/ Italian seasonings)
1- 14.5oz can of beef broth (or chicken broth)
1lb of hamburger meat (chicken or turkey ok but match the broth)
2- T. sugar
Chopped onion and garlic if desired
Garlic salt and onion salt if desired
2- T. olive oil if using chopped onion and/or garlic

Directions:
Directions:
All in a big pot, caramelize the chopped onion and/or garlic in the olive oil.
Add your meat and brown it and salt it if desired.
Dump in the crushed tomatoes and broth and simmer a good 20-30 min stirring occasionally adding the sugar toward the end.

Use the batch with spaghetti noodles, ravioli, tortellini, etc. Pour it over chicken and noodles in a casserole dish, etc. But most important... Don't forget the Parmesan!!
