3 eggs
1 C sugar
2/3 C pumpkin
1 tsp lemon juice
3/4 C flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
1 C finely chopped nuts

1 C powder sugar
2 - 3 oz pkg cream cheese
4 T oleo
1/2 tsp vanilla

Beat eggs on high speed, 5 min. Gradually beat in sugar. Stir in pumpkin & lemon juice. Stir together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt. Fold into pumpkin mixture. Spread into greased and floured 15 X 10 X 1 pan (cookie sheet). Top with chopped nuts. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Turn out onto towel sprinkled powdered sugar. Starting at narrow end and roll, towel & cake together. Cool & unroll.

Beat until smooth and spread over cake. Roll up and chill.
