Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/2 bell pepper, finely chopped
1/2 onion, finely chopped
3 cloves of garlic, chopped

1 can stewed tomatoes
cubed small red potatoes with the peel (as many as you like)
basil to taste
sugar to taste (about 1/4 cup, but add a little at a time to get the taste you like)
garlic powder to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the first 3 ingredients in your spaghetti pot with just a little bit of water. Add about 1 tsp each of salt and pepper.
After those are cooked down (5-10 minutes) add the rest of the ingredients. Bring to a boil, then turn down to medium hear, keeping the boil going just slightly. Cook for about an hour. Add any uncooked meat you would like 30 minutes into the boil (Italian sausage is great!) or cooked meat (ground beef) 40 minutes into the boil. Cook the sauce until it is at a consistency to your liking, or until the potatoes are soft and the meat is cooked.
