Ingredients:  
1/2 lb bacon
potatoes
onion
carrots
1 lg. can cream of chicken soup
1/2 carton of sour cream
cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown bacon as desired. Layer potatoes, onions, carrots and salt and pepper to an 1" from the top. Add your Soup and Sour Cream across top of layers. Cook until potatoes and carrots are tender. Add cheese and close lid to melt cheese. Serve and enjoy!
