1 large head of Nappa Cabbage
1 pkg Ramen Noodles (Oriental flavor)
11/2 c sliced almonds (add more if desired)
1/4 c red wine vinegar
1/2c sugar
1/2c oil

Directions:
Directions:
Before opening the ramen noodle package, break up the noodles & crumble as much as possible.
Heat a few tablespoons of oil in a skillet to brown the noodles & sliced almonds. Set aside. Combine vinegar, sugar, oil & oriental seasoning pack (from noodles package) in a measuring cup. Stick it in the microwave for a minute to dissolve sugar. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Wash & chop the cabbage
Top the cabbage with the crunchy noodles & almonds
When ready to serve, stir dressing & pour over cabbage. Mix well.
