1 yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1 C mashed ripe bananas (about 3)
1C sour cream
1/4 C oil
8oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 C (1 stick) butter, softened
1 pkg (16oz) Powdered sugar (about 4 cups)
OR 1 tub of cream cheese frosting
1 C walnuts, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Heat Oven to 350º. Beat cake mix, bananas, sour cream & oil on low until moistened (approximately 2 min). Pour into greased & floured 13x9 pan. Bake 35 min or until center comes out clean. Cool completely on wire rack. Beat cream cheese & butter on med until blended. Gradually add sugar, beating well. Remove cake from pan. Carefully cut cake crosswise in half using serrated knife. Place 1 cake half, top-side down, on plate: spread w frosting. Top w remaining cake half, top-side up. Frost top & sides. Press nuts onto sides. Sprinkle extras on top. Refrigerate leftovers.
