3 Large Green Bell Peppers chopped
3-4 ribs Celery, chopped
1 large yellow Onion, chopped
1/2 cup of olive oil
3 pounds ground Beef
3 large cloves garlic, minced
3 15-ounce cans Tomato sauce
2 15-ounce cans diced Tomatoes
2 12-ounce cans Tomato paste
1 cup water
2 Tablespoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
3 T ablespoons FRESH Basil chopped
3 Tablespoons FRESH Oregano, chopped
1 cup Italian Parsley FRESH, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Saute bell pepper, celery & onions in oil in a large pan until soft. Brown ground beef and garlic and put all ingredients in a LARGE pot. Mix together real well simmer for 3 hours. Serve over cooked spaghetti. This makes a ton of sauce and it freezes well, Pasta does not freeze well so just cook fresh each time.
