Ingredients:
Ingredients:
rack of lamb chops (see personal note)
Cavenders seasoning
Verglades seasoning
red wine
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cut and trim all fat from the meat and slice in between each bone on each side. Season generously with Cavenders Seasoning and with verglades seasoning. Marinate in red wine and olive oil. Half oil and half wine. I marinate over night and turn them several times. I use a cookie sheet with sides so they are marinated all over. Grill these on high for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. I put the paper servers on each chop. Grill and enjoy.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
People who do not like lamb love these. I buy the small lamb chops that are vacum packed at Costco, they are great. They come in a rack and cut them all the way through to make individual chops. I plan on at least three chops for one person--they are small.
