Personal Notes:
Once again, a recipe from "Some of Mom's Favorite Recipes" computer file...typed verbatim! I mostly remember that this was always Joseph Horton's contribution to our Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners for many years! I'm not sure where the recipe originated or how it got to be a part of our "traditional" Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners...but, it appeared some time around the 1980's, I think. I believed it replaced the Pear Lime Gelatin Salad that was part of Gangy's "traditional" Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners...this recipe is much easier!
