1 stick margarine
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 cups milk
2/3 cups peaches - fresh or frozen
3/4 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and milk to form a batter. Pre-heat oven to 350º. Place the stick of margarine in a 9 x 13 pan and melt in the oven. Pour batter over melted margarine. Do not stir. Mix peaches and 3/4 cup sugar together. Place peaches mixture on top of batter. Do not stir. Bake 40-45 minutes or until brown.

May substitute canned peaches and omit the 3/4 cup sugar.
