2 lbs. hamburger meat
1 onion, chopped
2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
2 cans Ranch-style beans
2 cans hominy
2 pkgs. taco seasoning
1 pkg. Original Ranch Style dressing mix (dry)
6 cups water or until consistency you like

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger meat with onion, salt, pepper to taste. Drain. Add rest of ingredients (do not drain any of the cans). Simmer one hour. For a less hot version, omit one can of Ro-Tel tomatoes and substitute one can of diced tomatoes. May substitute corn for hominy.
