apple pie filling OR raw apples
sugar
cinnamon

Directions:

Dip flour tortillas into melted (not hot) vegetable shortening. Place pie filling or raw apples in thin layers with each tortilla. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over top of apples. Roll tortillas like a burro and place on cookie sheet. Sprinkle top with sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 425º for 30-40 minutes or until crisp and light brown. Make sure
